The carrier CEVA did not do white glove delivery even though it was wriiten all over the box. Delivery man said he did not have time. Contacted Amazon for replacement and the order was placed promptly,but due to the first TV arriving cracked I asked if they could expedite delivery. Told No. TV arrived on the 17th and the delivery company (CEVA again) called to schedule delivery. We asked for a Saturday delivery since no one could take off from work again and was told no. Monday thru Friday only. Called Amazon for support was on hold for an hour and told sorry nothing they could do. I asked for help from a supervisor and was told they would call me back. Never called back. Called again on Friday for support and finally got to someone who only had to authorize the delivery and it was finally delivered Friday night. There were also scratches along the very bottom of the tv itself. It was obviously a return or refurb even though it was advertised as new. Not happy at all with Amazon and had to call Samsung for the proper hardware to mount the tv on the stand. The picture is very good. . . but buyer beware, you get what you pay for, especially with the free shipping offer.
